Fundraising campaigns and programmes
Large or small, short or long term, we can plan and implement your fundraising activities. Whether we take the place of an in-house department, or simply provide additional resource when it's needed, we get on with the real task of raising money. Over the last 10 years our campaigns have raised over £15million from companies, trusts and foundations, statutory sources and individuals.
DP's experienced Trust and Foundation Fundraising Team concentrates on raising funds from charitable trusts , foundations and statutory sources. They run annual or project-based programmes to ensure our clients are reaping full benefit from these sources of funds.
Fundraising & business strategies, reviews and audits
We take a particularly practical approach to our strategic work. Whether it's assessing the feasibility of a particular project, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of your current activities, or creating an entirely new strategy for the organisation's long term future, we always place our work firmly within the context of your organisation’s need and the market in which you compete.
Advice, training and mentoring
Sometimes it's just advice our clients want; or it may be training. Making an organisation 'fundraising fit' is essential and everyone needs to play a part. We are able to run workshops and seminars for people throughout the organisation - trustees, staff and volunteers.
Marketing & communications strategies and programmes
Using our experience of marketing heritage and arts venues, we are able to develop full strategies or just help with the implementation of a particular project. In particular, and following our experience of creating the eBay heritage auction site 'TopLots' ,we are able to offer web presence advice and implementation in partnership with BranchOut Internet Marketing.
LIFT OFF
These training / consultancy programmes are designed for small organisations wanting to develop their long-term ability to raise funds. They can be tailored to suit the particular needs of each client.
